Pomegranate red spots on leaves

Is it normal to have these red blochy spots on pomegranate leaves? Or is it a type of fungus problem? I have 10 seedlings and a few of them have leaves on it that are showing these signs. Would it be best to spray them with copper fungicide or is this a normal spring thing? (Picture in the reply)
