My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
Not enough information to ID. Need close up photo of the moss, a general description of the area it is growning, for example a dry area with full sun all day or a wet area with shade hallf the day, and more info on the colony such as of single erect plants or of spreading plants with extensive branching. Plus I presume the photo is taken in Central Texas.
I did find a small photo id of some mosses found in Texas. Amazon has a book listed for sale. here is that link
