We need some more detail, do you want them to have the same functions? Is so, what about them doesn’t work? How many people need to eat at dining table.? How many need to sit in living room? TV?

Hi, , the current space is never used. We would like to create something we could use. The most we would have at one time would ne six people. We’ve thought about making some of it into anothe office space.

I agree with @khrisz that we need more information. I'm curious about the double doors into the living room and the outside entrance into the laundry area. Is the living room entrance the main entrance? If so, how do you need to camaflouge the other door? I don't find a coat closet in the entry areas; I don't see a convenient restroom for the pool area. Are these things you've been missing and want to add? Any information you can provide, equals better answers from everyone here. Good luck with your project and hope to see an updated message soon.

It seems the Master door placement is limiting your Living seating. I don't know what's going on there with the wall and closet, but if you could move the door you enlarge and open up possible seating layouts. In BLUE is your current seating area, in PURPLE is expanded with door moved. Also, in GREEN is an area for open office or a separate reading area with seats. You don't have to build any walls, this can be accomplished with just furniture or floor materials.
