Propagating a monstera in water, when to pot into soil.

My monstera cutting has been in water for over 2 months, the ariel root has grown longer in the water and a second root branch has come from the ariel root. Both seem to just be getting longer now. Is this a good time to pot the cutting into soil or do I need to wait for other roots to appear off the ariel roots (other photos of ariel roots seem to have small roots coming off it along the section of the root but these haven't appeared yet). Any help on this would be wonderful. Thanks!
