Three-leaf perennial

Not sure whether this is a truly three-leaved plant or whether it’s just too small at this point to form it’s true leaves. Leaves are hairy and feel slightly stiff. It’s in a location that makes me think it could be something I planted, but then again could be an opportunistic weed. I’m in 7b.
