Last I heard (about a week ago), Gary is hoping to get all earlier orders shipped by June 15th, then will ship new orders. He's been absolutely swamped this year, had to hire help, and is working literally from dawn to dusk to get plants shipped.

My Naylor order arrived early May, but I ordered back in October... I do have an order from Uniquely Hostas that was made at a similar time that only just shipped this week. All of my plant orders were delayed this year except for Naylor. =)

I ordered Amalia, Boyz Toy, Parisian Silk, Skywriter, and Tickle Me Pink. I am also waiting for delivery from Uniquely Hostas and Plant Delights. I was a very early orderer, placing all my orders in early February.

if you order early.. you should take the first delivery they offer ..

i used to ask for late may delivery.. all hosta joints.. not just this one .. only to be told.. they were out of stock on all the most wanted ones when they finally came to my delayed delivery date ..

then its just a matter of figuring out what to do with them from march.. to when we snow zone peeps can put them out in late may ... thats where the light stand came in handy ...

I am not aware that any of the joints offered me a delivery time. They all asked when I wanted delivery. Silly me, I said mid to end of May. I guess I figured plants were held for delivery, first order gets the shiping time. Haha Haha…. I was trying tto avoid getting plants while there was frost…..oh well. Once again, silly me.

Good to know that first delivery is the way to go. I had an order of stuff that was pretty common varieties. But am planning an order of harder to find plants for next year.

I ordered from Naylor Creek in November (and added to the order twice) requested shipping the end of April. Plants arrived May 10th. First year I have received them this early. Last year under similar ordering they arrived June 2. I may have requested May 10th delivery. Plants are doing well.
