Help with outdoor kitchen countertop choices

We are planning an outdoor kitchen, and the two main appliances will be a Blackstone and an Alfa wood burning pizza oven. With the Blackstone, I have read that it can cause granite countertops to crack and even explode. What is a good choice of countertop that can withstand significant heat from something like a Blackstone, that also would be easy to maintain outside, it will be partially under cover but will still be somewhat exposed to the elements (we live in North AL). Thanks!
