Beautiful Hosta NOID

Here’s another hosta from my Mom’s garden. She had a map showing what varieties were planted where, but we have been unable to find it to help. This beauty is of heavy substance and has 9-10 pairs of veins. It likely came from Wade and Gatton, which was where her nicest hostas came from. However, she also sometimes shopped big box. Got any ideas? (Quart jar at bottom of pic for scale.) Thanks in advance to all the hostaphiles.
