Watchyl lavender Blue, a pretty flower but will probably be leaving. Too similar to others I have

Last bloom on Blue Throated Hummingbird, poor thing is going to be overtaken by grass. That will teach me to mulch after making a new bed

    Lincoln Andrea is getting toothier

    Glory to His Name

    EMerald Starburst

    Faberge Easter

I like that Blue Throated Hummingbird. So much to do in the spring, and weeds sometimes have a real ball until we get to them. I've got one growing in one of my beds that is about shin high. I just can't seem to get over there and pull it. Maybe today........Hope springs eternal-lol................Maryl

Neon Rainbow has 2 nice blooms, I know I posted it yesterday, but I have always liked this one

Thought I would post a few seedlings

This one may go, but I like it enough right now to give it space

2nd year seedling, from Strawberry candy

Scapes and this are nice and sturdy. 9nce scape has 16 buds, I think I liked the looks of it better last year, but weather may improve it

I spotted this guy out of corner of my eye this morning

    Geranium taking over

I like your yellow seedling with the butterscotch eye. It looks pretty vigorous. Good shot of the turtle! That big, sprawling perennial geranium is just gorgeous. I think Heavens Proclaim may be my favorite daylily. I'm jealous of that nice clump of Venetian Pools and that your Faberge Easter is already blooming. I think I need to move or sell Venetial Pools. Both it and my Faberge E. may have been attacked by grubs in the fall before I got the grub killer on them. Timing is everything when you're battling grubs.

Nice big green throat on Emerald Starburst and the clump of Venetian Pools is gorgeous. Clown Parade always shines in the garden. Waiting for mine to bloom here. Blue Throated Hummingbird is still a favorite for me and it doesn't seem to mind sharing space with the grass for now. Nice pic of the turtle. We too are seeng them here but not sure where they are coming from.

Beautiful pic of Venetian Pools! That looks wonderful. You certainly captured the throat on Emerald Starburst. And I really like your yellow seedling!

Venetian Pools is beautiful. I really like your Blue Throated Hummingbird too. Heavens proclaim is lovely and just look at the buds on clown Parade! It will be a smasher blooming. Nice post, Nancy. And I really like your turtle; great shot of it. The corner of your eye did well there as they can scoot away very quickly.

I enjoy the geranium, it tried to take over every year, sprawling over daylilies and anything in its path. It is not dense though so does not smother them. So sorry about your Venetian Pools and Faberge Easter, Debra. Sometimes it seems when a plant is weakened, it just never recovers. If you need a new start, let me know.

Julia, I am liking Blue Throated Hummingbird more with every flower. Probably should have cut the scape off since it is only a single fan, but just could not do it. And I have not seen a turtle in my yard before, so rather shocked. It was so still, I thought at first it was a garden statue out of place LOL!

Kate, Not really sure why I got Emerald Starburst, but found it at a good price and bought it before I thought. Happy I did though, it seems like it will be a good plant.

Kay, I loved Heavens Proclaim at its 1st bloom. It has been slow to clump, but after 8 years it has reached a good clump stage. And Clown Parade has a couple of scapes that are loaded with buds. I counted 39 on the tallest scape and 33 on another. I think the range expected is normally 31 to 35. It has always bloomed well, but never reached stats on any scape before.
