Depending where you live; it might be concidered an invassive. It can become too happy and make way to many babies. They are a little stressed where I am but I still see a few in the brush but they are not overwhelming their surroundings like they do in the Southeast US

A hummingbird favorite.

They also are weak-wooded and often short-lived.

Thanks to all fo helping me figure out what this is. I only have one at the edge of the woods so now I know what I nedd to watch for.
