Is this a houseplant? If so, I'm guessing fungus gnats. They are harmless to the plant but they can drive the plantowner nuts.

My guess they’re isopods or springtails which are generally harmless. They feed on organic matter. Here’s some info.

I don’t own any Sans, but I know people grow them in gritty mixes. By putting more grit and non organic material into the soil like pumice and or perlite they should go away. Watering less should help too. When you change the soil out clean the old soil off the roots before repotting into new mix.
