Any ideas as to which sedge this is?

I found 2 of these in my garden, growing in an old Tomato Grow Bag.
No idea if previous owners planted them or not.
Looking through my books, I thought maybe Dwarf Sedge (Carex humilis) but it can't be that. Leaves are smooth, not channelled/rough and it isn't found naturally in Cornwall.
Leaves are 1mm wide, and for scale, the square timber is 2" x 2" (45mm x 47mm).
