It’s by Sean Anderson Design. I’d go check their Instagram to see if it’s available. Otherwise find a local iron shop to see if they can make you something similar. It looks pretty simple to repliclate.

The concept is fine but reality wise, I‘m wondering where the vine will head. As it grows, it will expand both downwards and upwards towards the eaves and into gutters. I think a pergola might allow for more sideways growth, if led, staying off the garage. Be sure as well to consider the type of vine, as some can cause some damage structurally.

If you don’t want high maintenance and potential damage, just add a large planter and trellis on each side and trimming will be much easier.
