Busy Being Fab and I Lava You look great together. Twentieth Century Fox looks so pretty though, I would probably look past its flaws.although I REALLY like your 2nd seedling. 1st seedling sounds like a great plant, and is certainly lovely.

I’m loving the second seedling too, the color is scrumptious! Grace Alone is a winner, how lucky that you received that as a bonus. The two combination photos are great! I dont usually have that kind of vision when I place my plants.

Naturally, I am a huge fan of I Lava You and Busy Being Fabulous. and Twentieth Century Foxis red with a white edge; of course I like it..And Grace Alone is just lovely. I do indeed like both of your seedlings.I especially like DEarest Valentine #2.

I really like Busy Being Fabulous and have it on my list.Grace Alone is my pick today. Love the color and form. I do like Phil Korth's daylilies and they've done well for me in the past. I need to go and look that one up. The seedlings continue to "wow" me. You certainly have the right crosses. Lovely.

Both of your Dearest Valentine seedlings are nice, but the second one is my favorite. What color! We got Warmer Climes as a bonus from Mike Derrow last season too. We haven't seen it bloom yet. I don't know which of the named varieties I like best--I Lava You, Heavenly Snow Flake (and I'm not usually a fan of white), Spacecoast Night Vision or Grace Alone.

SC Night Vision has such rich color. Like others I do like the color of that second seedling. Grace Alone is a nce soft color with impressive edge. I am having lots of bud drop now. Some plants are showing significant loss of buds.

And what is your impression of I Lava You now? In a previous post, you were not enthusiastic. Warmer Climes is described by Derrow as a glowing primary yellow color. It will be interesting to see what later blooms are like. I'd say he was quite generous with bonuses for you, as Warmer Climes sold out.

Mantis - I Lava You has always had good performance. It's just not my favorite color (orangey red) and I'm not into extreme pinching of petals. But it's multiplied quickly into a large clump and is very well-budded and well-branched. The clump had five blooms yesterday, but they were not close together. I do love Busy Being Fabulous, but it has very poor plant habit for me. However, the two together look terrific, and I wish BBF were its registered height. It gets a little taller every year. I would highly recommend I Lava You, if you like that color and the shape of the bloom.

Many of you picked Grace Alone as a favorite. I'm pretty impressed with it. It's a dormant, so I'm crossing it with English Lavender and some of my lavender seedlings.

Thank you, woodnative! I'm surprised to be getting such good feedback on that one. Do you look at these on an IPad or an Apple device? Those always add extra red to my photos. To me, that one was pretty, but I wasn't wowed by it.
