Hi I'm designing our house and have 6/8 entry door, 6/8 patio doors with 18 or 24 inch transoms.. 9 ft ceiling with cathedral (4.5/12 pitch ceiling) and shed dormers creating a 15ft ceiling height in the main kitchen dining living room.All the interior doors will be 7ft and I plan on increasing the height of the main entry door trim (not the patio doors) so that the trim height matches the trim height on the interior doors.For the most part all of the top of windows will match the interior door height of 7ft.Where I get stuck is in the kitchen and the pantry ..The kitchen window is opposite the patio doors and I will have 40wall cabinets on either side of kitchen window I want to have 4.5 ft windows from counter up which would mean that the top of the window will be close to the top of the cabinet but it would mean that it wouldnt be the same as the interior doors. Have attached pictures. Need to be ordering doors and windows soon so any advice you can give would be great! Thanks Kirsty
