You have two options Look for a new light or buy super cheap compliant ones and install those for the inspection, once done, install those.

Its call title 24 that might be easier to look up.

Also, most major lighting vendors have a T-24 section for exterior lighting or offer it in a compliant fashion, GO TO A LIGHTING SHOW ROOM.

As a side note if you live within 10 miles of the ocean that fixture will be rusty in a year.
