after my (ceramic) tile backsplash was installed, i had to leave for vacation and therefore was unable to wash with water and soap after the grout cured, approx 10 days later I had washed, and i know not ideal and waited too long but it is what it is. the tile looked great and polished before i washed but after a ton of grout haze appeared except for 4 12x12 sheets purchased after the first 30 sq feet of tile (wondering why some cleaned and majority didnt)

at the store’s recommendartion, I tried the soapy water with vinegar and a toothbrush, just seemed to get worse, next tried Aqua Mix and finally the store I purchased tile and grout from their (The Tile Shop) grout haze removal. nothing is working. i used a nylon brush and scouring pad on various applications mentioned and always wiped with clean water after.

after spending thousands on both material and labor my tile looks horreandous and i am at a loss at what else to try, any suggestions other than what ive tried?

photos posted and recommend zooming to see the film or haze some tiles look wet and they are not. i think that is the original finish or shine peaking through the haze.
