Definitely a small table and the pillows should coordinate with the bedding which we cannot see. I would use lumbar style pillows

I would go with one chair in each wall, facing each other with tiny side table in the middle.

Sounds like room will pretty well allow for most anything. Maybe incorporate a favorite color and work from there in regards to art and potentially a small rug to suit cushions. Would suggest a lamp, if you want to read there and also an ottoman for more comfort.

I think the middle cushions are the best shape wise and work well with the brass in table. Add art to complement.

Rug feels a bit awkward and wondering if a smaller rectangle might look better with only the chairs’ front legs resting on rug, per below.

Are the chairs placed this way for tv viewing? If not, consider table in corner and a chair on each wall; would feel like below, but slanted towards each other for a cozier and more balanced feel.
