One of the oncidiums looks like its about to flower so I would wait a little. It looks like a twinkle oncidium, I don’t think they are fussy about being repotted so just go for it. Of you knead the pot a bit it should pop out or lay it on it’s side and roll it like you would roll dough. You can also slit the pot open if you don’t need to save it. The second one looks like a Zygo, the new grow looks like its ready to sprout roots, thats the perfect tome to repot .

Ive only got one oncidium, a red flowering one and my advice is probably not worth much, but mine was very forgiving when I repotted it at the wrong time, it has grown to 4 times the size since since. They must be tough. I‘d soak it in water if you cant get it out of the pot, or cut the pot, tidy it up, cut off the old flower stems if that’s what they are, pull off dead bits, put it in some clean bark in a slightly bigger pot.
