Congrats on the new house! I don’t see why you can’t use cup pulls! Another superficial update to consider—painting the backsplash. Do you have a grey paint color picked out yet?

Classic Grey is a nice light color. You may be able to use that in a glossy finish on your backsplash too. Test the color on a large poster board or something first of course to make sure it’s warm enough for your kitchen!

Those look like maple cabinets not oak and they don't look orange.

You could totally do cupped pulls. Yes, they are colonial and they look old-fashioned. But that their charm. You could, when you get around to it, paint either the upper or the lower cabinets, a light colour, and sand down the orangy oak to reveal the lighter colour that I assume is underneath!

What colour is your new flooring going to be?

The chandelier is quite country farmhouse, and cupped pulls match that well!
