Can you help me identify this rose?

Hello!
I came across this rose and would like to identify it. Unfortunately I know next to nothing about roses. Could somebody help me please? The rose bush is less than 20 years old and over 6' tall. It is located in the Saint John, New Brunswick, Canada region (5b). The fragrance is strong and lovely.
