Hello - new to Houzz forums here!

We are doing a renovation of our kitchen. The layout of the kitchen is awkward as it is long and narrow-ish but there are several doorways (4) and a staircase that limits how we can use the space. Currently everything is crammed into one end. There isn't enough space for an island, but we could do a peninsula - however we would want it to seat 5-6 comfortably. We had a designer come up with a layout, and it more or less mimics what we have going on now with a few adjustments. Anyone interested in giving feedback or thoughts on any other way we can use the space without taking down walls? We are aiming for a full size fridge and full size freezer combo.
