LIMELIGHT AND LAVENDER: A Maryland hybridizer introduced this one and I would visit his garden several times a year. I never grew any of his intros because he was into UFOs/Spiders and I wasn't at the time, I prefered his wife's intros. He passed away a couple of years ago and someone was selling some of his plants. With the green throat, I have dreams of making crosses to other strong green throated dips.

GEMSTONE WARRIOR at 5 pm. This is probably the most sunfast red I grow. It was 90 degrees yesterday and high humidity and still looked great.

Michael Bennett-so pretty. I have had my eye on it in the past but am overloaded with purples. Isabelle Rose is always lovely. Prairie Pink Lace is a nice ruffled pink. And Fire on the Mountain looks good after the sauna.

I really like Vision Seeker. That's one I'd like to add. Fire of the Mountain is a pretty red.

Vision Seeker caught my eye too. I love Jerry Hyatt, but it has been relatively slow to multiply, decent number of buds but nothing outstanding. It has done much better the last 2 or 3 years after almost dying. I have thought about getting Michael Bennett, but like Kate, I have several with that look.

Vision Seeker is the best Derrow that I have, with excellent plant habit and bloom color and substance. Others have frequently not measured up to the stats or expectations, at least so far. Northern hybridizers should be encouraged. Bo Knows looks interesting. Wild Cherry Wine took a while to establish, so I was surprised that new Bennetts bloomed the first year after planting.

I too like Michael Bennett very well. I doubt it would be that lovely color here...I also really like Prairie Pink Lace and opening without hanging up on the edge is a great trait. Another thing, Beauty in Motion is so pretty and the photos never do it justice, do they? Vision seeker is a beauty as well.

I would have to agree with you about Beauty In Motion with photos not really being able to do it justice. I don't know what it is about this plant, but I just can't capture how beautiful it really is.
