Hi i brought this plant around 1.5 month ago and its my first philodendron, I dont know how to care for them. It was potted in such a pot in which i can't water it as the soil was till the top when i water the plant it just pour down from the top of the pot so it always remained dried. So i repot it, here i had this confusion it was planted in the same way like i repotted it, now i dont know these rhzimoes like thing from which leaves are groiwing are its roots or stem or they should be buried in soil or they should be open like that. I used to water it after every 2,4 days when soil looks dry and it is kept in complete shade with light. But its leaves are just falling off, new leaves grow and then they fall off please help me what to do. Do it need more light and water? Right now where i am living temperature is arround 38-45 celsius with humidity around 30%. Kindly guide me. Soil I am using is river sand, cocopeat and compost.
