What type of grass is that in the bottom right of the pic? It is a tad blue and rounded. How big does it grow?

The larger ones are Blue Oat Grass and the smaller finer ones are Blue Fescue.

Thank you they are gorgeous. My blue fescue has turned brown. Is it dead? Id Blue Oat grass more hearty?
