There's nowhere in this country that is possible with that list. Materials are high right now, labor is high. All those things are still needed. 3 buildings will drive a LOT of per square foot cost because you are doing more exterior, more roof, more doors, more windows, more bathrooms / kitchens, etc.

IME good prefab isn't about saving money, it's allegedly about a more predictable schedule. I would expect to double your estimate.

Thank you for your feedback just_janni! Per a “few” articles I read about average steel home costs the pricing suggested seemed too good to be true. Though it has made me curious enough to want to try to determine what is the lowest per sq ft price possible if you approach the project with the goal to be ‘extremely’ budget conscious.

Per other research, I agree with you that somewhere between $200-$300 per sq ft is a realistic expectation.

Also, this is my first time looking to build. I wasn’t sure if there would be any breaks for separate buildings per the ‘entire project’ or exactly how to view/estimate for that. Thanks again for your thoughts!
