Purple Passion Promise is favorite! That is a nice clump of From this Moment On. Love Surfin Dude and Sword of Justice! Mexican Magic has not been happy for me, I may try moving it. Forty Days here has 4 fans, had 4 scapes, and 3 rebloom scapes. Good plant but I wish it would increase a little. Started with 2 fans about 5 years ago. Has never lost any fans but just gets no new ones!

I like both of your seedlings! I just noticed one of my seedlings, the orange one I posted a couple of days ago, has 3 rebloom scapes. All on 1 clump on 1 side of the clump. 1st time I think that it has ever rebloomed!

Nancy - I'm very fond of Purple Passions Promise. It's a good multiplier and a good performer. My Forty Days sat at four fans for three years. It finally added a fifth fan this year. How nice that your orange seedling will be reblooming. It's such a cheerful color.

How is the scape height on the Grandma's Smile seedling? GS always has scapes barely above the foliage here; typical of Smith cultivars here. Did Sword of Justice double scape this year?

What a great shot of Carmen Renee. So pretty. You still have lots of multiple blooms. And glad to see Purple Passions Promise looking so good-deer ate my buds before it ever bloomed. Grandma’s Smile seedling seems to have lots going for it!!

They are all great looking so it's hard to pick a favorite. Surfin Dude and Sword of Justice have great color in your climate.......I did want to tell you that my Dearest Valentine has put out two rebloom scapes. Rebloom here is not all that usual, so it was surprising to see DH pull a fast one on me. It's certainly earned it's keep this year, not only surviving the February Arctic Blast that killed so many others, but now reblooming..........Maryl

Mantis - Grandma's Smile X DV is 30 inches tall. It's an evergreen - the only evergreen of the Dearest Val. offspring. My Grandma's Smile has never been the registered height, but it always blooms above the foliage. Sword of Justice double scaped on most, but not all of the fans, this time.

Kate - What a bummer that deer got your Purple Passions Promise! I do like that one a lot. I hope it will bloom bountifully for you next year. Carmen Renee is a pretty one to have blooming in the late season. I got mine because I always admired Brad's so much.

Carmen Renee looks great in your garden, dont remember you posting it in the past. Sword of Justice is my favorite of the clump shots. It’s good to see those seedlings still doing really well. That great red on Regina Sitko really caught my eye today, love those bright colors in the garden.

I knew there would be a lot of beauties in this thread. Can't pick a favorite as I like them all., Carmen Renee looks fabulous in a clump. How has Rouen Cathedral done for you? I recall you had some early issues with it. I never seem to have had a problem growing it in the old garden and I liked that it was a true late.

Julila - Rouen Cathedral does pretty well. When I first got it, I was growing it in a pot and all but one fan disappeared over the winter. It's in a raised bed now where everything is shorter than normal. I don't know if everything there got hit by grubs, or if the shortness is a symptom of lack of rain this spring and summer. It's just gotten started and has plenty of buds to go.

Debra, Your Carmen Renee looks good, a bit pinker than mine. I also really like Purple Passions Promise. Your seedling Coco's Curiosity x Cexy Samantha 1 is beautiful! I also like Forty Days and Forty Nights.

Brad - I think Carmen Renee just looks pink because that's a sun shot. It looks really lavender to me in person. Thanks for the comment on the seedling!
