Good ole soap and water works the best, but I do spray with Method Antibacterial spray when I need something extra. I’ve had my quartz kitchen counters and bar counters for 4 years, beat them to death, and they’re still perfect. I do use this spray every 3-4 months or so, which really cleans them and shines them up. I use it on all my stainless steel too. An internet find, which usually I have no success with these random ads lol, but this stuff is pretty awesome.
