Beautiful house. The new windows are quite white. I'd choose new white paint that is almost but not quite as bright white as the new windows to repaint the stucco. The same brown color you have now on the wood trim would be an excellent choice again.

Have the company trim the shrubs so that their tops are a foot below the window sills and a foot away from the walls. The plants need air to circulate and the painters need room to move.

Pretty house. I would refresh exterior with medium dark trim and light body.

I would go with a lighter brown on the trim and a light tan on the siding.

I like it the way it is, but I would update the light fixtures and trim the hedges down a bit.
