Innocent Discovery seedling is my kinda flower. Yeah, I know, if it is a daylily, I like it, but your creations are really looking good.

I admire it every year in your posts. One of these days.........ZuZu's Treasure has caught my eye this year. The seersucker petals and the color set it off for me. Oh, I meant to say that Mary's Baby has not rebloomed in the 4 years I h a ve had it.

This heat has been awful. As I am typing, at 5:30 pm, the heat index is 107. I have to water my potted plants but otherwise am staying out of the garden. When it hurts to breathe because the air is so hot, being a couch potato is a good option!!

You are getting some good rebloom. How pretty your seedling reblooms appear. The colors are luscious.

Another nice post of multiblooms. The one with Mary's Baby and Blue-Eyed Butterfly looks perfect together. I always loved Blue-Eyed Butterfly so hopefully I can add it next year. Boundless Beautfy is so perfect and love the ruffles on it. Did I ask you before about that one, ie how it performs? My Pet Dragon is still one I desire to get at some point. Too pricey right now. I have to say that the photos of it on Blue Ridge looks so orange but I like the less intense color of yours. I wondered if others who got it have seen a lighter color of it too. The seedlings are always so lovely. You crosses are amazing.

Hot here but not as intense as yesterday. Storms coming tomorrow I hope.

Julia - Yes, Boundless Beauty is a good performer. It's one of my bud kings this year. It's one that I'm sending you in September, remember? As for My Pet Dragon, Blueridge Daylilies is in the mountains where it's cooler. My plant has been suffering through 94-97 degree temps this week, so it would be lighter in color than Selman's.

Pink Shabang was posted after my comment. What a pretty flower! I think it may look better on rebloom. I have noticed that on many of my reblooms-larger and better color.

Kate - I do like the large blooms on Pink Shabang. Most pinks I've bought in the past couple of years have disappointed me, but Pink Shabang is a keeper.

Debra, the summer of 2012 was hot and dry here and we didn't get many seeds that year. The pods cracked open and, just like you have encountered, the seeds were not ripe. When I looked back at how long the pods had been on the plant, the pods were opening far too soon. I lost lots of seeds that season for that reason. I hope you get some viable seeds.

Hoosier Nan - So far I've gotten only six pods with good seeds, but even if I don't get anymore, I have hundreds of bags of seeds in my crisper from the past two years that I never got a chance to plant. I'm just keeping my fingers crossed that some of this year's red crosses and UF crosses will produce viable seeds.

Pink Shabang is indeed eye catching. Will watch how yours does in the future. So many Pierces have low bud count and increase. Never rebloom here on Mary's Baby. But it is blooming quite late this year.
