Ikea Godmorgon is IMO a perfect vanity add your own counter and sink. They are wall hung but I usually put legs at the back where they are not seen just for a precaution

I love the godmorgan and the integrated porcelain sink works great. Otherwise you can get lots of options from wayfair and build.com but who knows the quality.

Any European manufacturer. We got ours from Porcelanosa but there are many others.

You might consider checking used office supply stores and thrift stores and Habitat for Humanity or Good Will and antique/vintage furniture stores for a used, affordable credenza or buffet or tv cabinet that you can hang between two walls or half walls and add a countertop atop it with a hole cut in both the countertop you choose and the cabinet itself for your sink ... and do consider a deep stainless steel bar sink with high arc faucet for your bathroom.

Know what kind of sink you want and make sure you can cut out a space for the sink on one side or the other or both or centered without destroying adjacent storage.

You can always cut off legs so you can hang the cabinet the height and distance off the floor you want.

On a budget, first stop might be Habitat for Humanity. Spring and summer are usually remodel seasons when what is removed is often donated.

I also love ikea godmorgon. We have it in two bathrooms; one is for the kids, one for me and my husband. Installed about 7 years ago. Still look like new and function perfectly. They have endured some hard use. They get alot of compliments. In fact, new neighbors were just over yesterday and are now planning to use them in their upcoming bathroom renovation.
