I love decks. I love being elevated. 24-30 inches is sufficient.

Depends…what do you and your family like to do? Barbecue? Garden? Bocce ball? With that much space, you can divide into zones for different activities. If I had that much space, I would plant a small orchard…some apple and peach trees, and maybe some blackberries, but that means managing them, which is not everyone’s cup of tea. Maybe you have children and they need some space to rumble?
