    Good afternoon. It's a WAC lighting fixture, Line series, model #WS-6736-30. You can find it from Amazon, Build.com., or any lighting retailer that carries WAC lighting.

    Do you really go over to the adjustable mirror for anything? It seems an odd location unless it is a lighted mirror for doing eye make-up…..up close and personal.
