It looks good to me. Fake plants have gotten so realistic looking I often have to look twice to decide if they are living or not. It could be a thing, but the living plants and the indoor light conditions they get, as always, will be the determining factor in how long a mix like that will stay looking good.

It looks like a great start. Maybe add a small pop of different color/texture such as small flowering like a violet or a few tall curly sticks in the back

Looks full & lush. Great trick to mix faux & real! I assume the pothos is contained in its own pot so it can be watered without getting the faux filler wet.
