Yes, we are keeping the table (replacing chairs) and the height of the chandelier is about 28-30 total but I can reduce it to about 24”

Hi Pablo! I think it might work, as wdccruise said above, there are a few rules that come in handy, but mainly, I belive personal decor can bend all the rules.

Is there anyone who can hold the fixture while the other one looks at it? Sometimes getting a general idea of the outcome is the best way to decide!

Also, I'd loose the round rug, as your floors are really nice, and the ug seems a bit small and constricting. It's making the whole space look smaller than it really is!

Measure height from top to ceiling and the you would see if you have 30-36 inches from top to chandelier.

Thank you I just wasn’t sure if it would look good or not. I feel like Sputnik chandeliers look better in higher ceilings.

Did you hang this? Can you add a photo? I feel like the measurements people have suggested are good starting point but a sputnik-style fixture isn't a chandelier so should be hung a bit higher off the table than the standard 30-36". Curious if you used the fixture and what your finished measurements are...

There’s the almost finished project. We are looking for curtains (actually my husband is. He’s the decorator 😁) then re finish the floor and last new dining room set but it will be after the New Years.
