No to the shutters as they are not the type that would typically get shutters. And really you would not do a black garage door as you do not want to draw attention to the garage door, you want it to kind of blend in. It's not honestly not really missing anything. Probably could use a different window type on both floors (double hungs) and maybe a few more of them as I think that is what may be throwing the look off is the lack of windows.
