What are these bugs in my kitchen?

I found some small white bugs in my kitchen last night emptied all cupboards and cleaned everything, binned items and wiped the cupboards but this morning they are still there not as many as yesterday but still there and on the window and plants. Not sure if they're off the actual plants which are now outside so any advice on how to get rid or anyone know what they could be?
