Depends on what you like! I've seen similar houses that were painted a nice maroon, with white or yellow trim. A dark forest green would work nicely too. It looks like cedar shakes with a vinyl patch at the bottom left corner (viewer's perspective) -- I'd fix that patch. For curb appeal, is there any other place you could mount your satellite dishes?

Is that your driveway on the (viewer's) left? is there an entry door on that side of the house? If so, and there is as much space as it looks from the photo, I'd add a side porch. If it will be used as a year-round house, I'd also want to add a garage -- or at least a car-port.

eta: Re house colors, I should have asked the roof color! assuming you won't be changing it soon.

I'm searching for images of Adirondack houses and seeing lots of brown houses, and a smattering of light olive green houses. Yours would look great in the right color brown -- but it depends on that roof color again. lol!

I'd go with sage green. That said, rather than paint, I'd make the front path neater, possibly line with low growing shrubs like kinnikinnik, edge the drive way, aadd some shrubs under the windows and remove one or both sattellite dishes before I painted.

(not a pro) I'm a few days late, but first - what a cute house! I think blue could be gorgeous. Freshen up the white trim, beef up the front columns, move the dishes, and get some landscaping at the base.
