I would just carry on with what you have already. but how would we know without seeing the rest of the spaces . I have no issue with bedrooms being different .

I would keep all the window trim the same in any open areas: kitchen, halls and living room. In closed areas: bedrooms,and bathrooms: you could change the window trim and baseboards to something a little different. All my window trim is the same. When I had my bathrooms renovated I changed my baseboards to larger 5.5” ones and replaced my baseboard heater covers too❣️

What you’ve used in the bedrooms is generally considered colonial, the plainer 1/6 moulding would be a better match to your windows but it’s not a huge deal.

I should have mentioned that the rest of the house already has the window and door trim installed in the same style as the window photo. The cabinets in the kitchen are shaker.

Based on this feedback I think I'll just go with the existing style baseboard to keep it consistent throughout and also I'm having trouble finding anyone who stocks the 430-bullnose style not in MDF, which I don't care for. Thanks all!

Don’t rule out mdf- it paints up beautifully and is much more stable than wood.

I love your craftsman trim.

MDF has a place but I don't use it as it creates nasty dust when cutting, delaminates when wet, and has poor workability. I can pull a FJP baseboard if need be where MDF would probably bust break apart
