You could flip the fridge to the other end of the run, where it would be convenient to traffic from the FR and bedrooms. I'd also flip the DW to the left of the sink, and store dishes across the aisle, to the right of the range, which would put clean-up and dish storage closer to the DRs. Helpers could load or unload the DW, or gather dishes to set the table, without crossing the prep area. MW would be a drawer model, across from the fridge. I realize the range would no longer be as much of a focal point from the FR, and the sink would be off-center on the island, however, you would have a more functional kitchen.

I like the new plan with the dining room closer to the kitchen, no rounded nook and double sinks in en-suite. I agree with mama goose to moving the fridge. You need to be able to open the fridge doors all the way to be able to get shelves out to clean

I should also say we were planning to put the microwave in the pantry - but not opposed to changing it to the island as a drawer.

I am also not thoroughly sold on the 36 inch range, seems like the only one of quality is Wolf, and not sure I want to be stuck there. May reduce to 30.

The original plans are perfectly readable and sufficient to answer your question. The fridge is fine where it is as long is there enough of a gap for the door to swing 90 degrees. The only issue might be if someone were standing with the fridge open and someone else wanted to get in the pantry at the same time, not very likely.

As already suggested, you could flip the fridge to the other end of the run, but I personally prefer the food storage areas to be close together for efficiency in the work flow.
