My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The material used was old moulding that was still in the house in pretty good shape. So much of it was beyond repair so we did all new trimwork but I saved some to use in this design. This pic here shows the trimwork before we salvaged it. Eeek! It was fun to use it.
