I received a potted tree as a gift and the giver didn't know what it is. I think I've identified it as an evergreen Ash. It's still in a small pot (about 1 gal) and I'd like to know if it will last in a large pot or barrel, gradually increasing the pot size each year. We have no place to plant it in the ground. I'm considering giving it away if I can positively ID it.
