Which space in the top drawing is the bathroom please name the spaces in the original floor plan

Sorry, Patricia, I’ll try to do a markup later. For now, the middle section is a 6’ vanity with a pocket door to the larger section on left for toilet, shower and tub. Pocket door to right side is entry to closet. That pocket door and closet will stay planning on removing pocket door to the left. Thanks!

Does one of the plans keep the toilet in its original location? And is there a window?

Hi. Neither option has toilet in current location. Both plans will have. 2x3 transom window.

In your current set up, someone can close the door when using the toilet, which mean access to the closet and sinks is still available for the other occupant. In at least one of your new plans that door goes away. Either you need to be OK with no bathroom privacy, or no access to the closet while someone is using the bathroom. Both of those would be a nonstarter for me.

Yes, you are correct @anj_p. In one option I can add a pocket door so the toilet can be private. For my husband and I, retired empty nesters, this isn’t an issue. However, I agree it would be a resale concern. I’ve got one more option that has two separate pocket doors from bedroom, one to en’suite and the other to closet. I’ll share that also.

This is where we are at. A pocket door into closet on one end of bathroom and another pocket door into ensuite from other end of bedroom. The pocket doors are each equal distances in from the corners of the bedroom wall. Pocket door in bathroom is also centered on the interior of bathroom wall (that just worked out). Gained about a foot in our closet. Shower is 4x6. Wall on vanity side of stool is 40”, allowing privacy while someone is at vanity. Wall on shower side of stool is a pony wall with glass on top to let the natural light into shower from window. 36” to 48” clearances everywhere. Thanks for your tips and suggestions.
