How do you know the plastic is "cheap"?

I have those plastic ones; have lasted for 12 years without problems. Not pretty, but practical. They don't call attention to themselves and something else might do.

My home is almost 30 years old and all my sliding closet doors have the original sliders and they work perfectly in all my 3 bedrooms. I only noticed them when I painted the entire inside of my home last year❣️

Use the plastic ones and apply the money you save to the artwork above the headboard.
