Thank you GN Builders. I like it. How big would that shower actually be do you think? I want the soaker to be small since it will not likely be used that often.

Actually I just figured out you made hallway smaller by 4", but what happened to the 14" leftover after water closet area of 3'6' x 6'?

Enclosing the toilet will actually make it less accessible, not more.

Toilet room doors should open out, not in, in case of an emergency. So, if you enclose the toilet, consider a pocket door.

You have an entry from the bottom. I am guessing it is the bedroom. What is the room behind the pocket door on the right of your layout? Can you post the whole floor plan?

I just want a walk in shower and a freestanding soaker tub with the toilet in a separate room. I think it makes the bathroom more accessible because someone can have privacy in the W/C room while someone else can use the vanity or shower.

Maybe this could be an option (assuming that since this is a new build, you have the possibility of moving the windows). The closet would need to be 6'10" wide.
