Please take a picture that is level so that we can see the difference in heights of the openings. Stand back from the last photo.

If you leave the casing off the new opening it will look more intentionally different, if it’s going to have trim you need to drop it to match the door and the other openings

With the objective of not having the different heights appear to be a mistake -- make the openings NOT matchy/matchy.

Consider adding to the shorter features with added trim

This is tough!
I definitely agree with HALLET & Co.
if you do trim they should probably match.
If not it might look fine.
But what if you do an arch to one of them so it looks more intentional?

One other thing that I would consider is minimizing the trim on the basement door and replacing it with a slab door and painting it the wall color to minimize it. You could go all the way to a trimless jamb. Then I would make the other two arches the same height: you will be missing a minimal bit of site line at seven feet. It will not make that much difference to the opening and you will have even height open archways. Below is what trimless jamb looks like. Minimizing less important openings is a solution in traditional architecture going back hundreds of years.

It would separate the two other openings and alleviate some of the row-of-doorways appearance.
