I'm basically looking for a piece of wood the same with and thickness of a yard stick but with a longer length. Desired dimensions: Width 1-1/4 in. Thickness 1/4 in. Length 7ft.

Maybe there is a trim piece out there that fits the bill. I'm not sure. I'm building a frame to fit in my exterior doorway for a Halloween decoration and trying not to make too many cuts. Just picture a frame made of several pieces joined at all four corners with L-brackets on the inside. Once joined I can slide it into my door frame while the door is open. It will be covered with a thick plastic so I can rear project and image using a projector.
