How are you watering and how do you determine when to water?

I touch the soil if it is dry so I water it.

You are likely overwatering. Read about using a ”tell” at the link.

It is not likely they are over-watering an orbifolia.

If the plant perks up after a good watering, then that is your answer.

Does the pot have a drainage hole?

It is also possible that the plant is just too far from the window.

Yes the pot had drainage hole. It’s not too far maybe 10 feet away from the window

I have notice when all the windows are closed at night they perk up maybe it’s humidity build up when windows are closed. See attached picture I took it when for a long time windows are closed.
