I usually like furniture floating in a big open space but I need the meaurements of the soaf and the space between the windows the size of your TV and where your eating space is in the kitchen.

Think a sectional would be best with the short side in the middle and the long end along the wall and the tv on wall by the two windows.

Hi. I would need

1) Dimensions of sectional and

2) Is the floor plan backwarrds?

Small dining table and two chairs (maybe drop leaf if you like) in front of the window at the end of the cabinet run. Sofa on the long wall so you can hang art above it. TV on a fully articulated arm between door and window. You'll be able to pull it down and around for best viewing from the sofa and push it back up and away when you want.

Something on the petite side for the dining table.

Sofa measurement is 8.6”L x 2.7”H x 5’D. TV is a 50” but that’ll go to the bedroom so might get another. Eating space is the open corner by the sink wall.
I don’t have measurements between the windows but will get it on next visit.

Catsafrican that is exactly what I have in mind

Yes floor plan is backward because my plot is mirror image of the floor plan in the brochure so I mirrored it 🙃

Also I have the option to move the radiator which is currently between the two windows where I’m thinking of placing the tv so I’m thinking to move it to the side in the corner next to the balcony window.
Also thinking of changing the door swing?

Decoenthusiaste interesting idea re TV position. Hadn’t thought of that.

Can the rad go on that little jut out wall between the two doors?

I would move the balcony door as shown.

I know everyone wants open concept, but in such a small space I am not sure that I wouldn't opt for adding a wall and creating a galley kitchen.
