Hi .... We are putting inthe backyard an entertainment / plunge pool / shed. We have a project manager who is starting to give me concern. We have given him everything needed but it has been weeks and weeks waiting with me finally asking him we need to talk.The question I have:Do we need to have a soil test done with a flat 3.2sq x 1.5 deep - actual outer wall is approx 2.9 and the core wall is 100mls thick. The hole is dug on a completely flat area with our soil primarily clay & backfill & soil. He also states soil test needed where the shed is being put and where we are putting concrete for entertainment area.I am just curious that why now? This could have been done months ago but we are starting to think he doesn't want to do the pool he keeps trying to tell us to put cement water tank and round pools. I know this might sound like a stupid whine but I am getting very frustrated with him. Is there anyone in Brisbane who has had a plunge pool put in?
